Conditions and Information
The sale of products is regulated by Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, implementing EEC directive 2000/31/EC and pursuant to article 7 of the above-mentioned decree. This section includes the general conditions of sale and all the required information for the consumer.
All Prestige Customers are invited to read these General Conditions before purchasing any item. Prestige reserves the right to change or update these contents at any time. Any change that may be introduced shall be valid as from the time they are published in the website. By sending the purchase order, the Customer accepts and unconditionally agrees on the General Conditions of Sale indicated below.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
In order to be able to make an order it is necessary to have reached the age of majority. The orders that are sent shall only be binding once we have confirmed by e-mail that the whole order process has been duly completed and that the payment has been authorised (according to the different payment methods and depending on the availability of products).
The prices of the products include VAT. The prices of the products do not include shipping charges, which shall be calculated according to current rates at the time of the order, and are chargeable to the Customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to article 64 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer is entitled to return the products purchased. The customer may exercise such right within 10 working days from the reception of goods (the products must not be tampered with; they must be intact and in the same conditions they were received) by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The notification may also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, e-mail, or fax, on condition that it is confirmed by means of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the forty-eight hours following the first notification. The notification shall indicate the product to be returned, specifying the desired option: replacement with another product of equal value or full refund of the price. The refund shall be given within 30 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. Shipping charges for products that are returned shall be chargeable to the Customer. There is no provision for the reimbursement of the shipping charges for products that are returned.
Prestige entrusts shipments to external couriers; carriage costs for the goods and for transport risks are charged in an invoice to be fully paid by the Customer. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to make the carrier notice any damage found, missing parcel or tampering with the parcels, as well as to describe such instances on the consignment note of the goods. Verbal claims shall not be valid. For information on the costs, see the “Shipments” section in the Home Page.
Express delivery: the order shall be processed within 3/4 working days. In case the Customer wants the products to be strictly delivered within a certain term, such request shall be expressly specified in writing in the order.
Prestige Cosmetics S.p.A. guarantees safety for payments and total data protection. Delivered products shall be paid by the Customer through the systems that are available at the time of the order (credit card, advanced bank transfer).

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE
Any dispute related to the application and implementation of this agreement shall fall under the Italian jurisdiction. The Bologna Law Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
